[ well, size doesn't matter and no one knows that better than him—because he's tiny, because he fights giants, because he just killed some very large creatures with a very small weapon (and is about to do it again). there's no joy in killing these animals because this all could have been avoided if they'd had competent (or at least present) handlers, but they're a danger to people like this.

so, a demonstration she shall have. he takes his knife back out. ]

Okay. Watch out, though—it's gonna be really pissed off before it's dead.

[ he takes down these things in the same way he deals with some of the tricker titans: make them vulnerable in some way before trying to go in for the kill. going for the eyes is hard when he only has one knife on him. so this time, he goes for the back of a leg, which, naturally, pisses it off, and it screams its disapproval loudly, but by that point he's used the knife to climb up its back. now sporting several more stab wounds but largely immobilized, the worst it can do is thrash and scream some more while he positions himself at the back of its neck and, as soon as the opportunity comes, jams the knife as hard as he can into the side of its neck. a moment later the screaming stops and the creature slumps over dead. he hops off, stops to make sure it is, indeed, deceased, and then pulls the handkerchief back out to clean the knife off. again.

Cultural Festival > Genos & Shigeru

[ yyyyeah, politeness is not really this one's forte. it's just as well Genos took the food area—if it was him, he'd be very liberally throwing shit away and kicking people out of their tables to clean them. this is why he doesn't work directly with people.

at the end of the hour he's back with a heaping trash bag of his own. looks like Genos got the harder job. despite this, he looks like he's seen some shit. ]

There was glitter everywhere.

[ It's true Genos definitely got the harder of the two jobs but between glitter and decomposing food—the decomposing food was actually the better of the two options. Genos would put a hand onto Levi's shoulder to express his sympathies about his experience but he does kind of smell like the bottom of a trash bin.

The question really is though, just where all of that glitter go to. ]
