I've never been to one, either, but I doubt it. Who'd want to go somewhere just to get insulted and dressed like a jackass right out of the gate?
[ personally, he was much more insulted by the cape and crown they'd forced him to wear than the title, but some people are sensitive to that kind of thing. and since both of them had been named ugliest, he imagines a lot of people probably were. somebody probably cried.
