Intuition can be incredibly helpful, can't it? There's some expression about not examining a gift too closely for flaws, but in this case, an exception was certainly worth it.

Given the way things have gone so far, I doubt that a reason to put my faith in them will show up anytime soon anyway. Whether they're offering handouts or not, I'll keep my guard up.
