No in all honesty Hamel's not his favorite person but he's not that bad. Like, he doesn't actually think he's a bad person or anything - it's more that their personalities clash. To be fair, Levi's personality clashes with a lot of personalities though, lol. He's kind of wary of Hamel because of their first meeting and the thing with the violin... that shit was embarrassing, man. He never wants it to happen again. (I'm sure it'll happen again.)

He doesn't like Levi. Hamel doesn't get along with most people, but Levi is extra annoying because of his disregarding attitude. Hamel hates being ignored and can't stand it when people brush off what he has to say, so it makes him act even more obnoxious just to get a reaction.

…and since Hamel is prone to ridiculous leaps of logic he's convinced that Levi's cleaning obsession stems from some deep FEAR OF GIRLS because the way he behaved at the underwear tree.

Violin magic will probably happen again, Hamel loves to abuse his powers.

Despite the fact that they've only had the one thread in his intro, I'd say there's a pretty good chance Jiu Wu is Bro Tier. He's calm, smart, and nice, like a grown-ass adult, which was a breath of fresh air for him after getting whined at by most of the other kids. Levi also got most of the Camp Talk from Jiu Wu and I would say he's probably grateful that he met someone reasonably sane so early on from which to learn all of camp's bullshit. Also his cabin is clean and he made him coffee. That's pretty legit.

So obviously Levi is not very good with kids (or people in general) but Al... he can deal with. I dare say he doesn't even mind talking to him! SHOCK no seriously that's kind of an accomplishment especially for a kid. Despite Al having told him a bit about alchemy, there's pretty much no way in hell Levi could even fathom the reason for the armor. He only understands it as making stuff out of other stuff for the moment. I mean, it's obvious to him something fishy's going on wrt Al always having the armor on and not really wanting to discuss it, but when he eventually learns the truth (if he does, I hope he does!!) it will definitely affect him. You might not be able to tell, but it will. Because this kid is a good kid. :|

Also he is more than happy to reassure Al that he's not a "giant."

Levi is easy for Al to deal with! He's used to handling his brother (who sometimes a big fat jerkface) so people not being total friendly rays of sunshine is a-okay in his book. He's also used to being around military adults, so besides the ever-present awkward questions about his armor it's not uncomfortable for him. He really likes being thought of as a kid so it's actually refreshing to have Levi treat him like one. 8> He knows Levi is totally not buying his GENERAL BS but until he gets cornered about things he's just going to keep doing his thing and dodging questions. SORRY SIR.

Basically he's been polite (ISH) and helpful and Al really appreciates that! He likes meeting new people and learning about where they're from, and now that they're at friendly acquaintance level he'll definitely come talk if he sees Levi out and about.

First impressions for Norman?

Sooo Levi was obviously NOT excited about mandatory counseling, and even less excited that he had to find six stupid kids when other people only had to find a couple. Not only that, but the options for Norman were mud wrestling and talking to zombies, neither of which he wanted to do at all, because mud is gross and zombies are also gross. Still, in the end he was impressed by Norman's maturity and considers him a good kid. The thread from last night where they talked about ghosts helped a lot, too, because he has a lot of dead "friends" who were good people and he doesn't like the idea that "ghosts" (which apparently exist, news to him) are inherently evil.

Also, he approves of Norman making friends with Eren. :|b

Norman's opinion of Levi is generally positive! Norman was not thrilled with being assigned a counselor and mud wrestling sounded like the worst idea, but he was more than happy to talk to the zombies. And the fact that Levi went along with it really won him points in Norman's eyes. Sure Levi didn't seem thrilled with the idea, but Norman was glad he'd at least go through with it without insulting (or hurting) the zombies. Their last talked also moved Levi up in the list of people Norman thinks are okay in Camp. It was nice that Levi seemed to understand that ghosts are just like people, since a lot of people Norman talks to don't understand that. Norman will keep seeking Levi out now and try to improve his opinion of zombies too, since in Norman's eyes zombies, ghosts, and people aren't that different and if Levi can understand ghosts he should be able to understand zombies. A lot of adults have dumb opinions about ghosts and Norman's ability, but Norman's decided Levi isn't one of them!

Norman also enjoys Eren's company, so Levi should expect Norman to come by the cabin now and then. He will always take off his shoes before entering because Norman's been warned not to track in a mess. He's interested in the differences between his world and Eren and Levi's so he'll likely continue to ask questions about their world while answering any they have about computers and other things that they don't have.

Dio is a fucking weirdo. I mean not necessarily in a... bad way, but he's definitely the weirdest person he's ever met, up to and including all the other camp weirdos he's met so far. It's going to be a bit before he stops resenting him for being a sneaky little bastard and getting them stuck dealing with mistletoe, but he'll get over it. At least no mouths were touching. :|

He's also kind of curious about the fact that Dio told him he was a soldier (idr what the exact word was but it was in the memory flower post I think?) considering he just... frolics around... like is this dude for real? He doesn't know. BUT, despite their recent... unfortunate encounter, he doesn't dislike Dio or anything. He's obviously a good person. He's just way too touchy-feely for his comfort, which is something you should absolutely continue exploiting.

ETA OK #REALTALK Levi thinks Yata is pretty goddamned annoying but he also suspects he has reasons for screaming all the time. Fortunately for Yata he doesn't care that much so he's not going to ask, since Yata's made it pretty clear he's not telling why he's so assmad all the time. I think the thread they are having right now is great because now they can maybe have semi-normal interactions rather than Yata screaming > Levi making snide comments > Yata screaming more. Not that those threads aren't wonderful, of course.
